In the light of the foregoing discussions I now feel able to take the case of Man Kam-wah and others (XCR (75) 53) which involved the shooting of a policeman by an armed gang, and this will be taken at the first meeting after my return from London.

There is of course no satisfactory solution to this problem, but I suppose that so long as it holds the above arrangement is the best that can be made of a fundamentally bad job.
