alias Fei Chai Chuen, born in Hong Kong in September, 1946, native of Chung Shan, in possession of Hong Kong Identity Card No.A663883, single, residing at unnumbered stone house in Nun Yuen Village, Tung Chung, Lantao Island. His father KWAN Kan Yung 63 years, a former coxswain, is retired and is working as a farmer near his home in Num Yuen Village. His mother TSOI Mui 55 years of age is working in Tsuen Wan (place and type of work is unknown). He has no brothers or sisters. He is the only child in the family. At the age of 7 years, he began to study in the Tung Chung Public School until he completed 6 years primary school in about 1963 when due to family financial difficulties, he ceased going to school and stayed at home to assist in farming. In about July 1965, he worked as a delivery boy in Kam Wah Restaurant at 880 King's Road, G/F, earning $90-per month. He worked there for nearly a month when for meagre pay he changed to work in building trade as a levelling worker, earning about $500-per month. He worked in this capacity for about 3 months when the building was completed, he became unemployed. At the end of 1965, he worked in the Kam Mun Bakery in Ho Pui Street, Tsuen Wan, as a salesman, earning $250-per month. After about 3 months he resigned because of long working hours. In early 1966 he worked as an assistant actor in the Tai Lung Fung Cantonese Troupe, earning about $1,000 per week.
At the end of 1966 he left the troupe of his own accord. In early 1967, he worked with the Sands Theatre as an usher, earning $180-per month. He left after a month when he worked in the Rialto Theatre on Hong Kong Island in the same capacity, earning $270-per month. After 3 months he resigned for he had a dispute with the manager of the theatre. Then he worked as an usher in the National Theatre earning $240-per month. After 3 and a half months he worked with a Russian Restaurant in Humphreys Avenue, Tsimshatsui, as an apprentice cook, being paid $120-per month. He worked there for 9 months. Then he worked as an assistant cook in San Lei Li in Kimberley Road and in the Golden Carriage in North Point. In about March 1968 he was transferred to the Sales Department of the Golden Carriage Restaurant in Hennessy Road G/F No.523 Causeway Bay, to work on roasted chicken. Towards the end of 1969 he resigned from the post due to ill health. In February 1970 he worked as an usher in New York Theatre in Percival Street. In June 1971 he worked as the Officer in charge of the Recreation Department of the Hotel. Lisboa Night- club in Macau, earning $1,200-per month. He resigned in November 1971. After that he assisted his family in farming in Hong Kong.
