Defendant on the action required to be taken. The 1st

Defendant said that he had already conspired and arranged with

a Chinese woman in the said man's home to open the door to the

flat at 7.30 p.m. punctually. The 1st Defendant also reminded

Your Petitioner and the 3rd and 4th Defendants that they

should hurt the said man but not too badly. The 1st Defendant

promised to make the payment of $2,000.00 immediately after

action should have been taken.

That evening, Your Petitioner had dinner with the

3rd and 4th Defendants. Your Petitioner took along with him a

knife with a broken point essentially to protect himself if

the said man should prove to be too strong or fierce for him

and his companions.

After the dinner, the 3rd and 4th Defendants and

Your Fetitioner went to the flat as told by the 1st Defendant

being the home of the said man. A Chinese woman opened the

door to the flat to let the 3rd and 4th Defendants go in.

After their entering the flat, the said woman also indicated

where the said man was. The said man was sitting in the

sitting room, whom the 3rd and 4th Defendants pushed into a

bed-room and Your Petitioner made a play of pushing the said

woman into the kitchen. In the latter room, the said woman

pretended to be tied up by Your Fetitioner. After that, Your

Petitioner went to the sitting room and cut off the telephone

wire and then went into the room into which the said man had

been pushed by the 3rd an. 4th Defendan js. There Your

Fetitioner saw a triangular file being handled by one of the

two Defendants, and the said man had been stabbed. Your

Petitioner did not know the assault was fatal. It is even
