rai 3rd and 4th accused should suffer. These two accused are

very young, and were obviously very much under the influence, in my view, of the 2nd accused. In the

case of two boys aged about 16, a very long sentence

would entail their spending the rest of their really useful years in prison and probably channel their whole lives into a dead end. In all the circumstances I am

disposed respectfully to recommend, in the case of the 3rd and 4th accused, that they be imprisoned for a term of 15

years.
