In order to alleviate the sufferings of the victims families, for which social security for such compassionate families are not as good as U.K. and their family members are much bigger, the population of Hong Kong regard it necessary to re-enforce Capital Punishment.
We allhope U.K. Parliament will take a serious view of the existing situation for the prosperity of Hong Kong.
