I enclose a letter from Mr. Ronald M. Bell, QC, MP, to Sir Murray MacLehose about a petition from Mr. PUN Ting-chau to The Governor (presumably the one dated 20th September 1975 which you referred to in your letter HKK 14/1 dated 1st October 1975 to Higginson).

I sent a report to you about this case in my telegram No. 1191 dated 27th November 1975. I should be grateful if you would please advise Mr. Bell of the action that has been taken in the matter.
