1. In her letter of 25 November, the Prime Minister's Personal and Political Secretary asked for information about the matters raised by Mr Pun Ting Chau in his letter of 7 October to her and

for a draft reply to send to him.

2. I attach a copy of my submission of 19 December concerning three MPs' letters about Mr Pun's complaints. As explained in that submission, it has taken some time to extract the necessary information from Hong Kong to deal with the MPs' letters. also explains the delay in dealing with Lady Falkender's letter.
