Dear Sir Anthony,
Pun Ting Chau

In the middle of 1974 I wrote to you about my grievances resulting from crimes and corruption in the public sector in Hong Kong. You gave me your support for which I thank you.
Whilst something has been done by the law enforcement agencies in Hong Kong in bringing some of the criminals to justice, I beg to inform you that, at the final stage, their efforts have been frustrated by defence lawyers conspiring with two judges of the Full Court of Hong Kong who set aside the convictions against the criminals on a most fallacious argu- ment discreditting a high-ranking police officer who gave evidence during the trial.
For your perusal, I beg to enclose herewith my Open Appeal for Justice to you as well as a copy of my Petition dd. 20th Sept. 1975 to the Governor of Hong Kong dealing with the latest developments in my case.
I pray that this time you will again extend to me your kind support and raise my grievances with the Parliamentary Under Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs during question time and cause the same to be debated in the House of Commons.
Thanking you in advance for your kind assistance and moral support, I remain with best wishes,
Most sincerely yours,
Pun Ting Chau
