Dear Department,
1. I enclose a letter which has been sent to me by Mr Pun Ting Chau at the Embassy here alleging corruption in the Hong Kong Judiciary. I have not replied and do not intend to do so but thought that you might be interested in having the letter as an indication of the extent of Mr Chau's campaign.
