My dear later,
240
You wrote to Ted Rowlands on 3 November enclosing a copy of a letter you had received from Mr Pun Ting Chau, Flat 1022, Bell House, Block A, 525-543 Nathan Road, Kowloon, Hong Kong, containing allegations of corruption in the Colony.
Mr Pun's petition is at present being considered by the Governor of Hong Kong and a copy has also been forwarded to the Independent Commission Against Corruption. You will understand that I cannot comment on the matter at this stage but I will, of course, write to you again when the Governor has been able to decide on the matters in question.
