Mr Stanley Newens (Harlow): To ask the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs, how many police officers have failed to report for duty in the Royal Hong Kong Folice, following the commencement of investi- gations by the Independent Commission into corruption; and if he will indicate their ranks.
