1/Co Mr Stanley Newens (Harlow): To ask the Secretary of State
for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs, if there are any contingencies envisaged in which the Royal Hong Kong Police would be able to use nausea or vomit-producing gas; and what provisions have been made for such contingencies.
No such contingencies are envisaged.
