LORD BROCKWAY'S QUESTION: 6 MAY
1. I notice that the answer that you have submitted does not directly answer Lord Brockway's question. There may be a reason for this, but unless there is, I think that the answer should probably read like this:
#1 Up to 21 April 1975, 1389 investigations had been launched by the Independent Commission Against Corruption. The ICAC have recommended action to the Attorney General in ☀ cases. The Attorney General has agreed to prosecution) in 168 cases and refused it in one case. X cases are currently under consideration by the Attorney General."

prosecution
The missing figure is of course the number of cases still under consideration by the Attorney General on 21 April. I imagine that it may be necessary to get this from Hong Kong.
