1. Further to Mr Stuart's submission on 12 February (paragraph 3), we now have up to date figures for insertion in paragraph 5 of the Notes for Supplementaries. 127 Prosecutions (not 116) have been instituted by the Commission to date. 77 have been successful and, 27 are still pending.
