This is to confirm that Godber and his escorts will leave this country by BA950, taking off at 11 45 hours on 6th January.

The aircraft will call at Frankfort (arr. 14 10 dep. 15 10), Bahrein (arr. 22 45, dep. 23 45), and Delhi (arr. 05 20 7/1/75, dep. 06 20) before arrival in Hong Kong at 14 25 hours on 7th January.

I should be grateful if you could arrange for a member of the Consular staff to be present at each airport while the aircraft is there, in order to assist the officer in charge of the escort if required.
