HONG KONG: DEFENCE COSTS

Reference: A. D/DS6/46/66/1 of 27 November 1975.

1.

Further to the Reference, the meeting between the Minister of State and the Governor, Hong Kong is now to take place at 10.00am on Friday 5 December.

2. The timings for official level meetings remain as set out in Reference A. The venue will be in the Basement Conference Room, Ministry of Defence, Main Building (enter via Richmond Terrace entrance). As presently envisaged the UK team will comprise AUS(GS), D of DP(L) and/or AD of DP(C), Head of F1(Air), DS1(Mr Jones), DDAQ, Treasury, PSA ? and FCO and myself. Head of DS20 may wish to attend or be represented in respect of the PAO interest in lands release questions.
