1. AUS(GS) has asked that a detailed brief on works matters be included with the briefing already commissioned by the References. This should describe the future planned works programme and the related pattern of expenditure on the various elements (major, minor and maintenance); and should explain the operation of the works provision of both the present agreement and the successor MOU as drafted.

2. May I therefore ask you to provide such a brief in the timescale described in Reference B, consulting Head of F1(Air) and PSA as necessary.
