You might like to see the attached copy of the brief which I have submitted to the Secretary of State for tomorrow's OPD meeting. I also attach a copy of the final text of the White Paper submitted to OPD. It will still be possible to incorporate any small amendments after OPD have taken the paper.. The final date for this will be the end of this week. If you have any such amendments to suggest (and I know that some Departments do), perhaps you would let Mr Cormack or Mr Doble have them as soon as possible? have finished with it.
