board, warm basi sākuma. Tassen 2 vratila CNY LALA Tabela vêrông nhà KITABATO 19

1. The principles which are to govern the planning of the

withdrawals and reductions were stated (1) by the Chiefs

of Staff as:

"a.

The aim is to complete reductions, withdrawals and

local disposals, where appropriate, as much in advance

of the dates given as is consistent with paras b and

d below. If, however, any roar parties have to be leít

after these dates, their size and length of stay are

not to involve significant expenditure.

be

Withdrawals/reductions should be planned with

administrative convenience in mind but so as to minimise

costs to HMG and disruption to Servicemen and United

Kingdom based civilians and dependants.

C. Service personnel and UK-based civilians who cannot

serve abroad for at least six months with their

families will not be entitled to accompanied service.

ი. Where possible families should be allowed to come

home with husbands though it may be necessary in some

cases to withdraw dependants before the head of the fatilier.

Notes:

C.

Movement should normally be by sea unless aircraft

are available and cheaper." (2)
