10. Mauritius.

11. Gap. The withdrawal from Gen itself is not difficult
(600 men).
Howevor, airlift availability and other withdrawals require full stoging facilities to be maintained until 1 Jan 1976.
This is two months later than was proposed by AOC-in-C NEAF. After this date the capability to stage aircraft will be
progressively reduced, necessitating the re-routing of flights to and from Hong Kong and the ending of facilities for dependants in transit.
12. Cypus.
The planning of future force levels in Cyprus in not yet sufficiently advanced to enable likely dates for withdrawals to be identified. It has not therefore been possible to make any allowance for Cyprus in the detailed planning which was used to validate the key dates at Annex B It is evident that, 01 current plans, there will be little or no RAT airlift capacity for withdrawals from Cyprus between Septerbor 1975 and Apr 1970.
