The changes will be assessed and the appropriate adjustments to the contribution made at annual intervals as soon as possible after the end of each financial year.

5.

Components (i) and (vi) above will be paid in sterling and

the remainder in Hong Kong dollars.

6.

If, during the currency of the agreement, either. Government considers the formula above produces results seriously out of line with the actual movements of costs, it shall be open to that Government to call for a review of the arrangements.
