Dear Mr Wade-Brown

I sent you with my letter of 9 October the first part of the report prepared by Gordon Hunting on his visit to Hong Kong from 3 to 20 September '75. His subsequent visit to India I am afraid has interfered with the completion of the second part of the report; however, I enclose herewith 2 copies of the third part which deals with recruitment matters and the Commonwealth Secretariat Seminar on Technical Education and Industry in 1976.

I would be grateful if you would let me know as soon as possible about the debriefing that would be required, and to which I referred in para two of my earlier letter.
