Application Forms. Mrs Kwan asked for my comments on the
Polytechnic application form as she was about to order a new supply.
This was a good opportunity to retail the many shortcomings of
the existing form and the advantages of that used by TETOC. My
criticisms were well taken and Mrs Kwan was very glad to have a
copy of the TETOC form for reference purposes in modifying or
redesigning the existing one.
