I am replying to your further letter of 28th July to Mrs Bell about the purchase of a guillotine under technical assistance.
We have again been touch with our Export Services people, and since they confirm that there does not appear to be any UK- manufactured guillotine of the right size, I have no option but to agree that you may purchase either the Herold model you originally asked for or the guillotine now made in France.
