I enclose copy of the Resolutions adopted at the ICAP First World Conference on Birds of Prey, which was held in Vienna, Austria, in October last. I should be much obliged if you would give your attention particularly to Resolutions Nos. 1, 3, 12, 13, 14, 15, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21 and 22. we know, and are most encouraged by the fact, that the liong Kong Government has already implemented Resolution No. 9 for some years.

I also enclose copy of the covering letter which we have sent to all National Sections of the International Council for Bird Preservation with the Resolutions, including of course our Hong Kong National Section.
