As requested by Fir O'Keeffe I attach a draft submission on the Mai Po marshes.

2.

This submission was held back until Hong Kong had cleared up a point about the marshes becoming a nature reserve (Mr O'Keeffe's letter of 12 May 1975). We now have their reply to this letter, (Mr Robson's letter of 27 May; see Flag F on the submission folder).
