During his current visit to London, the dovernor explained that he was considering increasing membership of the Legislative Council next June when the present appointments of some cxisting Members come to be renewed; but that no decision had yet been taken. We shall consider any proposals the Governor makes in due course and consideration will of course have to be given to the balance between Official and Unofficial representation.
