In general, the transcript has come out quite well I think despite the delicacy of some of the issues raised. I have the following comments.

Page 38, line 5

To make the meaning entirely clear there should, I think, be a footnote to the figures "£200 million or £300 million".

read as follows:

Page 38, line 10

I think everything after "the case." and down to "generally known." should be sidelined. I hope the Committee would accept the change of "£100 million" to "£180 million". This was a lapse of memory on my part.

This line should read:
