Helicopter tour of liong Kong, accompanied by H.E. the Governor (with Lord Goronwy-Roberts).

Dinner with the Vice-Chancellor, University of long. Kong, Dr. Rayson Huang (with Lord Goronwy-Roberts).

Visit a magistracy and a juvenile court accompanied. by the Registrar Supreme Court, Mr. J.R. Oliver.

Leave Harcourt Road by helicopter for visit to the Chinese University and lunch with the Vice-Chancellor, Dr. Li Cho-ming KBE, (with Lord Goronwy-Roberts).

Brief on public housing by the Secretary for Housing, the Hon. I.. Lightbody CMG followed by tour of government housing estates (with Lord Goronwy-Roberts).

Dinner with the Political Adviser, Mr. A.E. Donald (with Lord Goronwy-Roberts).

Embark on The Lady Maurine at Queen'sPier with the Deputy Commissioner of Prisons, Mr. T. Ecob, for visit to Tsa Tsui Detention Cantre for young people, and Ma io Ping Drug Addiction Treatment Centre on Lantao Island.

Mrs. Helen Lai Yu, a Government Administrative Officer, will also accompany.

Lunch aboard the launch while returning to Hong Kong.

Return to Queen's Pier.
