Born 1922. Member of the Hong Kong Bar, Queen's Counsel. Director, Li and Fung Ltd and Director, Hong Kong and Kowloon Commercial Ltd. Chairman, Crime Injuries Compensation Board. Member of Executive Council since 1974.
