with the vessel, its master and members of the crew as well

measures in connection with visiting the vessel, the local

authorities shall act within the framework of the relevant

legislation in force in the coastal state, subject to the

provisions of this Convention and the relevant legal procedures.

Article 7

The right of the vessel, the master, members of the crew and other persons to protection
