Article 20

Entry into force

1. This Convention shall enter into force on the

thirtieth day following the date of deposit with the

Secretary-General of the Organization of the tenth instrument

of ratification, acceptance, approval or accession.

2. For each state whose instrument of ratification,

acceptance, approval or accession is deposited after the

entry into force of this Convention in accordance with

paragraph 1 of this Article the Convention shall enter into

force on the thirtieth day following the deposit by the State of its instrument of ratification, acceptance, approval or accession.

3. The Organization shall inform the states signatory or acceding to this Convention of the date of the entry into

force of this Convention.

Article 21

Deposit and registration

1. This Convention shall be deposited with the Secretary-General of the Organization who shall transmit its certified copies to all Contracting States.

2. Upon entry into force of this Convention, the

Secretary-General of the Organization shall transmit its

text to the Secretariat of the United Nations for registration and publication in accordance with Article 102 of the Charter of the United Nations.
