AMALGAMATED UNION OF SEAFARERS

1. Our overseas Labour Adviser George Foggon was recently in Hong Kong. Before going to the Colony, he was asked by the ITF for information about the Hong Kong Amalgamated Union of Seafarers, which had applied to the ITF for affiliation.

2. I attach copies of the letter which Foggon wrote to the ITF and of their reply.
