On 2nd July 1974 Honourable Members considered a draft White Paper on the Further Development of Medical and Health Services in Hong Kong (XCC(74)52). It was indicated in discussion that some amendments would be circulated for further consideration on 9th July Accordingly now attached are:

It is proposed that further drafting amendments - not raising matters of substance will be made elsewhere in the text before the draft, if approved by Honourable Members, is printed. It is not considered necessary to trouble Honourable Members with these.

Honourable Members will be asked to advise whether the proposals set out in paragraph 47 of XCC(74)52 be approved subject to the amendments proposed above.
