9. Site 14 is a very large site, an adequate part of which could be made available. Some of it to the south is existing

Whichever land but much of it is scheduled for reclamation. part is used the Project Manager Shatin states it should be available towards the end of 1976 or early 1977.

10. All the sites could be available for building works in 1976/77. For almost all purposes site 14 is considered best.
