To and on a more cheerful note I have pleasure in attaching John Rumbelow's latest sitrep which summarises the most meaningful and penetrating law enforcement successes in the drug field ever enjoyed here. As of now there is virtually no heroin at all in Hong Kong but lots of 'cold turkey'.
