You may care to glance at the attached letter from Mr Rolph, which encloses an up-to-date sitrep on drug trafficking in Hong Kong from Mr Rumbelow, Head of the Narcotics Bureau. Mr Rumbelow's report is somewhat long, but the recent successes and operations detailed in the report make most encouraging and interesting reading.
