(b) in accordance with such conditions as the

Director may specify.

(2) No person shall keep or store any acetylating

substance except in a container approved in writing by the

Director.

(3) The container in which any acetylating substance

is kept or stored

(a)

shall be clearly marked on the outside thereof

with the words and characters

(i) Acetic Anhydride (Ť: 55:215% DE ) 酢酸軒嘸水酢酸)

or Acetic Oxide () or Acetyl

Oxide(氧化乙読)or Ethanoic Anhydride (乙);

(ii) Acetyl Chloride (Zet) or Ethanoyl Chloride (2); or

(iii)

Acetyl Bromide(乙酖楽楽化酸)or Ethanoyl Bromide (ZH),

as the case may be; and

(b) shall not contain any substance other than the

substance so marked thereon.

5. Any person who contravenes any of the provisions

of regulation 3 shall be guilty of an offence and shall be
