Control acetylating substances.

Enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the

advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof.

Short title and commence- ment.

PART I

SHORT TITLE AND INTERPRETATION

1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Acetylating

Substances (Control) Ordinance 1975 and shall come into

operation on a day to be appointed by the Governor by

notice in the Gazette.

Interpretation.

Schedule.

2. (1) In this Ordinance, unless the context

otherwise requires

"acetylating substance" means any substance specified

in the Schedule;

"container" means

(a)

any receptacle or thing whatever containing

or enclosing any quantity of any acetylating

substance;

(b)

any receptacle or thing whatever containing

or enclosing any container or containers
