should review the situation after a meeting next year. I propose that such a meeting should be set up at Geneva in February at the Commission, where, I imagine, Cusack will be, and to which Hong Kong will no doubt want to send a representative in view of the Commission's interest in Far Eastern business at the present time. At the end of the meeting in Washington I gave a strong hint (without commitment) that we should be giving favourable consideration to hosting a meeting next year in London. Ky own view (I believe this to be shared by Commander Horrison and Kr Jordan) is that the meeting should be here and that it could have substantial advantages for us.
