Amend the Dangerous Drugs Ordinance.

Enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the

advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof.

Short title.

1.

This Ordinance may be cited as the Dangerous

Drugs (Amendment) Ordinance 1974.

Amendment of section 4. (Cap. 134.)

2.

Section 4 of the principal Ordinance is amended

in subsection (3) by

Amendment of section 6.

(a) deleting "hundred thousand" in paragraph (a)

and substituting the following

"million"; and

(b) deleting "fifty" in paragraph (b) and

substituting the following

"five hundred".

Section 6 of the principal Ordinance is amended

(a) in subsection (1), by deleting "no person shall

manufacture a dangerous drug." and substituting

the following

"no person shall
