6.

That the Commissioner for Narcotics,

Hong Kong, would be responsible for convening

meetings referred to in paragraphs 1 and 2 above,

for preparing the agenda for such meetings and

participants for sending an agreed note to the parties of any

conclusions reached at the meetings.

7.

That in the event of a meeting being

held as at paragraph 4 above, an agreed note would

be sent to the three parties by one of the two

parties attending as mutually decided between

them at the time.
