estate of the said Yu Wo Lung deceased becomes the innocent victim of

circumstances and of an act of negligence on the part of the said Yu Hung

Hup.

17.

THAT your Petitioner is of substantial financial means and

can well afford payment of premium required under the said Conditions of Regrant and that your Petitioner is prepared to pay up all the outstanding premium as well as all balance of premium due to the Crown by one lump

sum.

18.

THAT your Petitioner therefore humbly prays that your

Excellency-in-Council having regards to the circumstances set out hereinbefore will grant your Petitioner extension of time for the filing

of these presents.

19.

THAT your Petitioner therefore prays that your Excellency-

in-Council will by sympathetic consideration of your Petitioner's rights and privileges grant your Petitioner relief against the said re-entry by ordering a cancellation of the Memorial of Re-entry No. 517618 in respect of the said property. Alternatively, that your Petitioner prays for regrant of the said property upon such conditions and terms as your Excellency-

in-Council shall impose.
