1. Hong Kong are considering widening the scope of the Prevention of Bribery Ordinance by bringing further public or quasi-public organisations within the definition of 'public body' in Section 2 (i) (f). (See the existing schedule, at flag C, and the proposed additions in para 4 at flag A).
