HONG KONG DISTRICT JUDGES
1. With reference to my minute of 12 November, I have received a letter from the Chief Justice dated 18 March in which (among things) he said:
"Your para.1. The title of District Court Judges. The District Court Judges really do want to have the title of "His Honour" although it is fair to say that not very long ago they said they did not mind. would, therefore, like this suggestion to go forward."
