I replied on 22 July to your letter of 8 July to David Ennals, with which you sent correspondence from Mr M P Tracy of Hastings and Company, Marine House, First Floor, 15/19 Queen's Road, Central Hong Kong (a copy of which I enclose). Mr Tracy was concerned about the case
of Mr Li Kit, one of the 119 South Vietnamese
illegal immigrants who were detained in
Hong Kong.
The Governor has now told us
