1. Mr Martin Ennals of Amnesty International has written agato Lord Goronwy-Roberts about the group of 118 illegal emigrants from South Vietnam.

2. Mr Ennals has asked for the names of the Parliamentarians who visited some members of the group in prison in Saigon in September. In accordance with the undertaking given to Lord Janner on 29 October (record of conversation attached), the Minister's Private Secretary may wish to get Lord Janner's agreement to a reference to him by name before the letter is despatched.
