You wrote to Lord Goronwy-Roberts on 12 December enclosing a further letter from Mr Maurice Tracy of Hastings & Company, Marina House, 15/19 Queen's Road Central, Hong
Kong.
In his letter Mr Tracy raises some new points about the Hong Kong Immigration Ordinance. We shall need to consult the Hong Kong Government and have done so. Lord Goronwy-
Roberts has asked me to say that as soon as we hear from the Governor he will write to you again. Meanwhile we are
retaining the enclosures to your letter.
