in retaliation RVN decide to suspend their
participation in the talks with the PRG at La Celle
St Cloud on the political future of South Vietnam, and
cut off facilities made available to PRG delegation
in Saigon
PRG walk of TPJMC in Saigon
PRG decide to withdraw sine die from the La Celle
St Cloud talks
PRG announce suspension of their participation in the
FPJMT until their facilities are restored
RVN restore PRG facilities in Saigon and PRG announce
willingness to attend TPJMC and FPJMT meetings
PRG in Saigon make demands for new privileges and
immunities (including freedom of movement in RVN
areas and right to be treated as a diplomatic mission)
and announce their refusal to take part in Suigon
meetings until these are granted.
