This is the man whom, I understand, is being asked to play the

role of involving the community in the fight against corruption, ridding

them of their scepticism about the ICAC and impressing upon them the facg

that the battle can be made a success if everyone treats it as a matter

of urgency. The proposed appointment is doubly dis turbing in that
